This touch of spring start by our new seasonal pesto, made with fresh Ontario asparagus, mint, parsley and basil. Perfect base to bring all the flavour to our new spring pizza. We topped with some French green beans, sliced marinated artichoke heart and more fresh asparagus. We added some brie cheese for the creamy side and Italian bacon, Pancetta, that crisp up and realise all the flavour once in the oven. To finish, we topped some freshness with organic baby spinach and shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano for the taste.
