Warm spring Salad – $14.95

Inspired from the niçoise salade, this spring version use at this best, seasonal ingredients such as Ontario asparagus, French green beans, organic baby spinach, warm new potatoes. All blended with organic quinoa, Italian cured tuna and Moroccan black olives dressed with our Portici “Ceasar” dressing made with real Italian Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. You can add on top a “oeuf mollet” soft boiled egg (+1.95)

 

Ingredients: Ontario green asparagus, French green beans, organic baby spinach, new yellow potatoes, organic quinoa, italian cured tuna, Moroccan black olive. Ceasar dressing: shallot, garlic, lemon juice, caper, anchovy, extra-virgin olive oil marinated with fresh rosemary, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
